Mt Hood, South Side: Ice on the Pearly Gates

Jeff Manor and I climbed Mt Hood. Jeff had a nice vomit session next to the fumaroles. He stopped at the bergschrund because of horrendous rockfall, especially since he had no helmet. I climbed the Pearly Gates to the summit in stupid icy conditions. It was a nice change to climb real ice on Mt Hood's dog route. I can't recall whether we had beers at Timberline.
