Joffre Peak-Aussie Couloir

I was attemping to do a link-up of some of the peaks in the Joffre group, but I was having a bad day and barley made it up the Anniversary glacier in the heat.Rested at the col then made the boot pack up the Aussie Couloir, I did it around 10 years ago.I forgot how fun of a snow climb this is, straithforward 45 degree boot pack.The descent was even better and excellent corn down the Anniversay glacier but getting isothermic near the bottom.

I like your photo, Andy. Too bad you weren't feeling it but at least you got out there! I just worked like a madman all day.
