Light streaks down Pump Peak:
Sometimes there is a swampy aldery hell between you and the alpine,
sometimes there's easy access steep pow,
And sometimes your hair freezes in dramatic blowing wind fashion.
There have been pillows,
and 400m pow shots (in the very north of the north cascades).
Only suckers follow sucker holes
And sit on summit ridges waiting for more sucker holes (the intended line).
Luckily the alternative is often just as entertaining,
...but never quite as satisfying
