i met this snowboarder dude kyle earlier this season and he said you people are all really smart and have phds and stuff. what gives? any permafrost/cryosphere types?
I am a pH-Doofus subatomic physicist. Mostly these days I'm building an experiment to make precise beta decay correlation measurements with ultracold neutrons, E ~ 100 neV, T ~ tens of milliKelvin -- so cool, way cooler than permafrost or cryosphere!
They gave me an engineering degree. HA HA HA. What fools.
They must give those things out easier than a man with a comb-over driving an unmarked white van gives out free candy.
naomig, that's awesome, people always tell me that's the career path i should be looking at, seeing as i am technically a meteorologist and study meteorites.

yes, i suppose in absolute terms this is true, but relatively speaking we definitely win.
