Skied Chair Peak's Northeast Butt this morning with Dan.

Made it home in time to steal this image from Skisickness and put green dots on it.

That's awesome you guys got that. I always wanted to return to finish it but never got around to it. What a sweet line. That's rocking the Alpy valley king crown for sure.

When I climbed that way back when (2003 or 2004?) the top bit had slid and it was easy climbing with some boot penetration but an icy crust that was way too bulletproof on skis. Fun climb through a little mixed section at the bottom. I made a few turns that involved a bit much side-slippage on the downhill side and reclimbed to the top and skied the other side, which was pretty cool too.

I love the second pic. Great work on that line. How long is the season going to last in the Cascades this year? I have never been over there, but I want to go!

we'll be skiing well into July up here. You should come up Ralph- pretty much guarantee to show you a fun time. Not looking like I can make it your way anytime soon. Still want to though
