I return to report on all things softcore. We had sun in the mowtens for about a week. Many went big, skiing impressively on the high peaks.

I, on the other hand, elected for a pleasure tour of Pilchuck, in order to pose vigilantly over the lowland dominion.

At my insistence, my well-geared Green Goblin friend Sancho Panza'ed to the top despite skin troubles, so that we might bask in the retreat of our nucular adversary.

Miles and miles of shady packed pow and perfect nighttime road skiing delivered us safely back to boredom.

Yup the bowl looked great, and it was all stable packed powder as far as I could tell. Probably should've insisted on that too.

Though sometimes a good steep lee packed powder is also a wily windslab (something I learned early on with the Hummels.)
